📜 Refund Policy – The Trading Area

At The Trading Area, we strive to provide the best coworking environment and high-quality trading education through our academy. Before you make any purchase, booking, or subscription, we encourage you to read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Coworking Space Services

  • Once a coworking desk, cabin, or meeting room is booked and payment is completed, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking dates are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted once confirmed.
  • In case of technical downtime (e.g., internet or power issues), The Trading Area will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, but such incidents do not qualify for a refund.
  • Membership fees, daily passes, and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Academy Courses & Subscriptions

  • All payments made towards training programs, workshops, or subscriptions to The Trading Area Academy are non-refundable.
  • Once you enroll, you gain access to premium content, faculty sessions, and course material, which cannot be reversed.
  • In the case of technical access issues (e.g., login or platform errors), our support team will assist in resolving the issue. This does not qualify for a refund.
  • Fees paid for mentorship, or study material are also strictly non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
  • Incorrect deduction from your account (requires bank/payment gateway confirmation).

In such cases, please email us with proof of payment within 7 working days at contact@thetradingarea.com.
